The lift was a simplistic short film idea of Isaacs sitting in a lift for major of the day and film the locals as they leave and return from their days. As simple as it sounds, The Lift was truly mesmerizing with footage of the outer and inner workings of the lift itself. Throughout the short film we meet the locals from different cultures and different ages, the diversity of the flat estate is what I found interesting the most. It gave a lot of different views of the locals, as Isaacs would ask them similar Questions about their life.
